Summary: the staff and the hotel was amazing it was clean and maintain well. We use the pool and it was clean. The only thing that I didn't like about my stay was there was a huge pool party there and people fighting till three in the morning. this was a Thursday night so I can only imagine what might happen on the weekends.

Summary: The bathtub drain was not working well - took the stopper out- full of hair. Yuck! The 1 day of housekeeping in a 4.5 days stay - the bed wasn’t made. How does one miss that!? The employee at the front desk at check-in was not friendly at all I’ve stayed here before - not sure I’d stay again.

Summary: I spent 5 nights at this hotel and it was excellent! It is clean throughout, comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located for my needs - close to grocery stores and restaurants or anything you might need. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. I had a small issue with the toilet and Maintenace fixed it very quickly. My room was very clean, and well equipped with kitchen utensils etc. Bed was really comfortable, and the room had a good amount of cupboards, closets and drawer space. The breakfast is terrific. Plenty of options for a good, healthy breakfast and well set-out. The lady who takes care of it clearly knows what she is doing and takes great pride in putting on a splendid breakfast. I'm a coffee snob...the coffee at this hotel is VERY GOOD and so nice to have real 1/2 and 1/2 creamer for it! The Hotel Manager, was very helpful and responsive in clearing up a reservation and rate issue when Hotels.com was absolutely no helpful in this regard and did nothing but give me the run-around and put it on the hotel. The hotel Manager took it upon themself to solve the problem quickly for me. I will definitely be staying at this property again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations while in the West Springfield, North / South Hampton area. I would however caution booking through Hotels.com as they do not provide satisfactory after stay support and service in my opinion.

Summary: We got there on a Friday, and one of the toilets (2 bedroom suite) was plugged when me flushed. I would have fix it myself, but front desk couldn't find a plunger. Saturday morning they sent maintenance to fix. We left for the day, when we came back to the room that evening same toilet was plugged again. Told front desk Sunday morning as we checked out. Toilet line needs to be snaked as their is something in the line catching when toilet is used (NORMALLY).

Summary: Having two bedrooms while traveling with my daughter for Dance was awesome. I gave us plenty of space, given that we were there for a week. The hotel was clean. The room was nice. The staff were all very friendly, the space was the best.

Summary: Our room was perfect for an extended stay! We had a toaster, microwave, dishes, stove, and dishwasher! Room was clean and the staff were super nice. I would stay again.

Summary: We loved the suite. The accommodations were exactly what we had hoped it to be. Our only problem we would like to pass on is we set the thermostat to 66 to cool off the room and it did not change from the 73. We are competely satisfied and would stay again. Thank you.
